I am Bhoj Raj Joshi, a BSc Forestry graduate from the Institute of Forestry, Pokhara Campus, with experience in field research, data collection, documentation, and project-based work across Nepal. Alongside my academic and field background, I have been building practical software skills in Python, desktop application development, SQLite database management, and business-focused digital tools. My experience with field data and organized record management helped me understand the need for simple systems that can store, track, and manage information properly. From that idea, I built LeadMate Nepal CRM, a local-first Windows desktop CRM designed for consultancies, agencies, training centers, travel agencies, real estate offices, and local service businesses. LeadMate Nepal CRM is built with Python, PySide6, and SQLite. It includes lead management, follow-up tracking, overdue follow-ups, message templates, reports, backup/export features, a ready-to-run Windows app, and full source code. I am offering the full ownership package for a buyer who wants to modify, rebrand, improve, or resell a ready CRM software product.
