Laqeely is a pre-revenue, Arabic-first sourcing and commerce software project built around a multi-category request → supplier-offer → quote → order workflow. The software candidate includes a Python 3.12+ FastAPI backend, SQLAlchemy/Alembic migrations, PostgreSQL, Redis background workers, provider-neutral adapters, approvals, idempotency, audit controls, accounting/reconciliation logic and Arabic PDF invoicing code.
