AI guest guide for vacation rentals, with built-in affiliate revenue
I built Innsider, a digital guest guide for Airbnb hosts, vacation rental managers and boutique hotels. It's live at askinnsider.com and has been running on our own glamping property in Kanab, Utah. I'm moving back to Israel and won't keep developing it, so I'm selling it as-is. What it does: Host enters the property address and listing link, and gets a ready guide (arrival, WiFi, house guide, safety) Scout, an AI concierge that answers guests in many languages Explore tab filled automatically with nearby restaurants, hikes and tours Tours page with affiliate booking links Host dashboard: guide opens, questions answered, time saved Vendor portal with coupon codes and conversion tracking (built, currently switched off) Admin panel with signup funnel tracking Built-in affiliate revenue: plug in your own Viator, GetYourGuide or car rental IDs and earn commission on every booking guests make through the guide. Stack: HTML/JavaScript on Netlify, Supabase (Postgres, Edge Functions), Google Places. Runs on free tiers. Users: real guests at our 4-unit property. No revenue yet. Included: full source code, the askinnsider.com domain, database schema, tours catalogue, and 2 weeks of Q&A after the transfer. Payment through escrow.
Next step: <p>- Plug in your own affiliate IDs (Viator, GetYourGuide, car rental) and earn on guest bookings</p><p>- Turn on the vendor coupon and commission model that is already built</p><p>- Add a paid tier for hosts with many units</p><p>- List it on PMS and channel manager marketplaces (Guesty, Hostaway)</p><p>- Offer it to boutique hotels</p>

Reason for selling
I'm moving back to Israel and selling our US hospitality business, so I won't keep developing Innsider. It's a working product that deserves an owner who will grow it.
