Workkk is employee monitoring and HR software for businesses of every size, from startups to large enterprises, built around a live 3D virtual office. Every teammate is an avatar at their desk, so you can see who's working, idle, on a break or in a meeting at a glance. A lightweight desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux tracks work time and builds attendance automatically, with idle detection, consent-first screenshots, app and website usage, and live screen view. Remote control only happens with the employee's approval. Workkk also covers time requests and approvals, leave, payroll that accounts for working days and holidays, HR documents and payslips, built-in team chat with file sharing, and reports with CSV export. Monitoring people can trust: employees accept a clear agreement, see their own timeline and screenshots, screenshots pause on breaks, and keystrokes are never recorded.
