The Proof Engine independently tracks what Athena predicted, what subsequently occurred, whether the prediction was correct, the performance of individual specialist meters, calibration, model/version information and separate live-forward versus historical/replay evidence. Results can also be exported to Excel for independent inspection. This sale is for the complete technology asset rather than a user license. The buyer receives the source code and development environment and can independently modify, extend, commercialize or continue developing Athena subject to the final transfer agreement and applicable third-party licenses. The configured development laptop can also be included to provide the buyer with the working environment used to develop and operate the platform.

A configured development laptop can also be included so the buyer receives the same environment currently used to run and continue developing Athena. I can also provide a structured technical handover covering project architecture, startup procedure, database locations, Proof Engine workflow, model/version structure, and how future strategy modules can be added. Any third-party market-data services, broker accounts, APIs, software licenses, or external data remain subject to their own transfer/licensing terms and are not automatically included unless specifically agreed. The buyer will receive sufficient editable code and documentation to independently maintain, modify, expand, and commercialize Athena after the sale.
