Who they are looking for

<p>I’m looking for a co-founder/collaborator who can complement me on the commercial side of FaultWright. I can take deep ownership of the engineering and product development, so I’m especially interested in someone strong in customer discovery, B2B sales, partnerships, positioning, pricing, fundraising, and turning an early technical system into a business people will actually pay for.</p><p>Experience with AI, developer tools, enterprise software, AI training/evaluation, or selling technical products would be especially useful. You do not need to be the primary engineer, but you should be comfortable understanding technical products and talking with technical customers.</p><p>The work would initially be remote. I’m based in Japan and am building FaultWright with a strong focus on the U.S. market, so a U.S.-based collaborator who can help with customer conversations, partnerships, and the commercial side would be particularly valuable.</p><p>I prefer to start by working together on something real before making a permanent commitment. That could mean customer discovery, refining the first paid offer, approaching potential customers, or helping secure the first pilot. If we work well together and both want to commit long term, I’m open to building the company together as genuine partners.</p><p>I’m open to an equal or near-equal ownership structure for the right long-term co-founder, with clear roles, vesting, responsibilities, and expectations agreed in advance. FaultWright is still early, so this is not a traditional salaried job at the moment.</p><p>The kind of person I’m looking for is ambitious, practical, honest about what is and isn’t working, comfortable challenging assumptions, and interested in getting to real customers rather than spending months discussing strategy without testing it.</p>
