Dealership Inventory & Marketplace Assistant - Sell Project

Working dealership software available as a source-code asset sale. I am moving my business toward consulting and am open to selling the dealership product to a developer or automotive software operator. The platform includes a Python/FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL, Redis/Celery, React/TypeScript dealer and admin dashboards, and a Chrome companion for human-reviewed Facebook Marketplace form entry. Inventory ingestion supports HomeNet, D2C and CSV sources. Features include dealer roles and approvals, AI-assisted descriptions, configurable disclosures, and vehicle-to-listing matching and reconciliation. A Flutter mobile companion provides VIN and vehicle-media capture; public app-store release work remains unfinished. The seller can demonstrate the software. Listing screenshots show fictional demonstration data and illustrative images, not customer activity or revenue. Facebook-dependent features may need maintenance as the platform changes. Buyers arrange their own hosting, external service accounts and required inventory-feed access. Proposed transfer includes the agreed backend, dashboards, extension, mobile source and documentation. Tightbeam’s current consulting name, branding and domains are excluded and will be replaced before handover. Badgeless, real customer data, credentials and service accounts are excluded. Handover and support terms will be agreed separately. Asking CA$10,000, negotiable; the USD figure is an approximate conversion.
