About QROVA
Dynamic QR codes with scan analytics plus invoicing for small businesses
QROVA is a German web app for small businesses, freelancers and agencies. It combines dynamic QR codes with scan statistics and simple bookkeeping for small businesses under § 19 UStG. QR codes: 13 types (URL, WhatsApp, vCard, Wi-Fi, PDF, Google review, EPC/GiroCode payment and more). Change the destination at any time without reprinting, pause codes. Statistics: scans, unique scans, country, city, device, OS, browser and UTM campaign. For agencies: client folders and a report link per client without login and without QROVA branding. Bookkeeping: invoices according to § 14 UStG with EPC payment QR, quotes, expenses, cash book, EÜR, ELSTER and DATEV export, read-only bank connection and AI receipt recognition for photos. GDPR-friendly: EU hosting (Frankfurt), hashed IPs, DPA (Art. 28 GDPR) included. Plans: Free (2 dynamic QR codes), Pro €7/month, Business €10/month, Agency €19/month.
