Field reporting for campaigns. Ward agents submit live polling-unit results.
Campaign HQ is a working multi-tenant SaaS for political campaign field operations. Built with Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4, and Supabase. The core flow: a ward agent submits a polling-unit result from their phone — vote counts, timestamp, optional photo evidence. HQ sees every submission live on a single dashboard, with a running tally and a report from every ward. This replaces the current reality for most campaigns: results scattered across WhatsApp groups, phone calls, and photos of paper tally sheets. FEATURES Auth with role-based access (HQ Admin / Ward Agent) Staff roster with ward assignments Budget tracker with category totals and remaining balance Speech workspace for campaign messages Polling units registry with search Ward agent submission flow (immutable, photo-backed, timestamped) HQ results dashboard with ward grouping, live tally, and flag toggle Multi-tenant ready — RLS policies scoped by organization Settings with campaign info and password change Public marketing landing page with brand, logo, OG image, metadata TECH STACK Next.js 15 (App Router) TypeScript Tailwind CSS v4 Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, Row Level Security) Vercel (hosting) Lucide (icons), Motion (landing animations) DATABASE Eight tables: organizations, lgas, wards, pollingunits, staff, budgetitems, speeches, resultslogs. RLS enabled on every table, scoped by organizationid so multiple campaigns can share one deployment without seeing each other's data. WHAT'S INCLUDED Full Next.js + TypeScript codebase Two Supabase migrations (schema + org-scoped RLS) Landing page with brand assets, logo, favicons, OG image Design system documented in DESIGN.md and COPY.md Storage bucket configuration for evidence photos WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED No existing customers or revenue No sales pipeline or marketing reach No signup flow — users are created manually by an admin LIVE DEMO https://campaign-hq-lovat.vercel.app Full source code available for review after signing a simple NDA and confirming serious interest. Built as a solo project. It works end-to-end and is live. Selling because I don't have the distribution to reach campaign buyers, and it deserves to reach someone who does.
Next step: <p>Two realistic paths:</p><p><br></p><p>1. A buyer already operating in Nigerian political consulting or campaign services can add Campaign HQ to their offerings. They already have relationships with campaigns; this gives them a product to sell to those relationships. One licensed campaign at ₦200,000–₦400,000 per cycle pays for the acquisition on its own.</p><p><br></p><p>2. A buyer who wants a well-architected Next.js + Supabase multi-tenant SaaS codebase can adapt it for a different field-reporting use case — NGOs tracking field programs, insurance assessors, agricultural extension workers, field sales teams. The core flow (authenticated field agent submits evidence-backed report → HQ sees it live) is reusable across all of these.</p><p><br></p><p>The code is clean, documented, and follows a consistent design system. It's not a prototype — it's a working product ready for a buyer who can take it to market.</p>
