Local CSV and XLSX checks for purchasing, receipts and supplier data
MonthCheck is a local Python application for reviewing monthly purchasing, goods-receipt and supplier settlement data. It compares three input datasets from CSV or XLSX files using manual column mapping, then helps a reviewer investigate differences with links back to the original source rows. The current test suite passes 52 tests, and the main browser workflow has been tested on macOS. Python is required. Other operating systems have not been verified. The runtime does not use AI. This is a pre-revenue software project with no customers or verified usage metrics. It includes a prepared source-code delivery package, documentation and synthetic demonstration data. Buyers should assess product-market fit, deployment and support requirements independently.
