LebLink is a functional genealogy application designed specifically for Lebanese families and the global Lebanese diaspora. It combines traditional family-tree functionality with Lebanese-specific family history data, including governorate, district, town/registry place, registry number, family branch/house, birthplace, residence and migration history. Current functionality includes family member profiles, an interactive multi-generation family tree, a click-to-focus family network, gender-aware relationship tracing, Lebanese Roots and Diaspora summaries, diaspora-generation classification, and a Possible Connections engine that uses surname and roots information to identify potential family links. The application also includes profile photos, search, duplicate protection, CSV export, complete ZIP backup/restore and local data storage. Technology: Python / Streamlit with local JSON and file storage. Current stage: Functional pre-revenue MVP. There are no claimed customers, revenue or established traffic. The project is suitable for a developer or entrepreneur who wants to take it further as a hosted genealogy platform, SaaS product, multilingual Arabic/English service, mobile application or specialized Lebanese diaspora genealogy platform. I am selling because I developed the concept into a working MVP but do not intend to personally pursue the next stage of software commercialization. The acquisition is intended to include the current source code and agreed project assets, with the exact transfer terms documented with the buyer.

Next step: A buyer could develop LebLink from its current local MVP into a commercial genealogy platform for Lebanese families and the global diaspora.The most direct next step would be migrating the local JSON storage to a production database and deploying the application online with user accounts, authentication, family sharing and permissions.Further opportunities include Arabic/English multilingual support, collaborative family trees, mobile-friendly or native mobile versions, interactive migration maps, richer document and photo archives, printable family trees, and tools for family associations and diaspora communities.The existing Lebanese Roots structure, relationship engine, diaspora-generation logic and Possible Connections system provide a foundation that can be expanded rather than starting the product from scratch.Potential business models could include family subscriptions, one-time licenses, premium genealogy tools or services for family associations. These are possible development directions rather than existing revenue streams.

Complete current LebLink software project, including source code, application files, current UI and product logic, Lebanese geographic reference data used by the application, setup/requirements documentation, Windows launcher, backup/export functionality, and reasonable handover support. Personal family data, personal photographs, personal accounts and credentials are not included. The exact assets and intellectual-property rights transferred will be documented with the buyer at closing.

Reason for selling

LebLink was developed into a working MVP to explore a specialized genealogy concept for Lebanese families and the diaspora. The core product is functional, but taking it to the next stage would involve production deployment, cloud infrastructure, user accounts, security, multilingual support and commercial distribution. I would prefer to transfer the project to a developer or entrepreneur with the technical resources and interest to take it further.
