PromiseTrail - Sell Project

PromiseTrail is a lightweight Chrome extension for capturing and tracking commitments directly from the web. Users can highlight text on a webpage, right-click to save it as a commitment, and PromiseTrail automatically keeps the original source link and page title. Key features include: • “I owe” and “They owe” tracking • Client/project organisation • Due dates and local reminders • Overdue and completion tracking • Search and filtering • Open original source • Complete, reopen and delete commitments • CSV export • Local-first storage PromiseTrail is publicly available on the Chrome Web Store and has a working public product/privacy/support page. The product is intentionally simple and privacy-focused. It requires no user account, backend, cloud database, subscription service, AI API or external data storage. The sale can include the Chrome extension source code and production package, PromiseTrail name and branding assets, documentation and handover materials, public website assets, and transfer of the Chrome Web Store listing subject to Google's applicable transfer requirements. PromiseTrail is currently pre-revenue and does not claim an established paid customer base. It is suitable for a buyer who wants a working browser-extension product to market, monetise or expand.
