Key features include: AI resume tailoring based on job descriptions ATS Resume Checker for Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and iCIMS Resume Bullet Improver AI-generated cover letters Interview preparation and Story Bank LinkedIn and email outreach generation Master Profile and resume parsing PDF/DOCX document export User authentication and account management Credit/subscription and payment infrastructure Job/API integrations Tech stack: React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node/Express, Firebase and Google Gemini. RezuMate is currently pre-revenue and is being offered as a complete software asset for a buyer who wants an existing foundation rather than building an AI career platform from scratch. The buyer can continue the current product direction, rebrand it, expand the feature set or develop a different monetization strategy. Reason for selling: I built RezuMate independently as a complete product project, but I'm shifting my focus toward my career and other projects rather than pursuing its next major development phase. The sale includes the source code, application files, RezuMate-owned brand assets, existing product architecture and integrations, plus reasonable handover support. Personal API credentials and third-party accounts are not included.

Next step: RezuMate has been built and deployed, so the next owner can focus primarily on growth, monetization and further product development rather than starting from scratch. Key opportunities include launching structured user acquisition campaigns, converting early users into paid subscribers, refining the existing ULTRA subscription and credit model, improving onboarding and conversion funnels, and expanding the AI-powered career tools. The buyer could also introduce additional subscription tiers, expand job and data integrations, build university or career-coaching partnerships, offer B2B/B2B2C packages, and target additional geographic markets. With 21 users already registered during the early production/testing stage without structured paid acquisition, the next step is to validate paid conversion and develop repeatable customer acquisition channels. The existing product provides the technical foundation, while the main opportunity for the next owner is commercialization and scale.

Complete existing web application and product architecture, existing feature workflows, integration code and configuration, documentation available for the project, and 14 days of reasonable post-sale technical handover support. Third-party API keys, personal credentials and non-transferable third-party accounts are not included. The buyer will need to connect their own credentials where required. User data is not automatically included in the sale and any transfer would be subject to applicable privacy requirements.
