Omnis Enterprise is a self-hosted AI workspace that brings AI agents, chat, CRM, project management, and marketplace functionality into a single platform. The platform was originally built as a larger commercial project but was never actively marketed or commercially launched. I have since moved my focus to other ventures and am offering the complete project to someone who wants to continue developing or commercialising it. What is included • Complete source code • AI chat and agent functionality • CRM functionality • Project/workspace management • Marketplace functionality • Frontend and backend • Database architecture • Deployment/configuration files • Branding and related project assets • Full project/IP transfer as agreed with the buyer Current status Omnis is pre-revenue and has no existing customers. It should therefore be viewed as a software/codebase acquisition rather than the acquisition of an established operating business. The main value for a buyer is the ability to acquire an already-developed platform and continue from the existing foundation instead of building a comparable system from scratch. I am happy to provide additional technical information, screenshots, architecture details and a private repository/code review to serious buyers.

It mainly needs hosting, a domain and marketing.</li><li data-list="bullet">White-label it for clients. Agencies and IT consultancies can deploy a branded AI workspace per client and charge for setup and support.</li><li data-list="bullet">Pick a niche. Re-skin it for one industry (legal, real estate, recruiting) with tailored agent templates and integrations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Grow the marketplace. Invite third-party sellers to publish agents and templates and take a commission (30% by default).</li><li data-list="bullet">Add features from the roadmap in the docs: database replication, SCIM user provisioning, and real-time usage-based billing.</li><li data-list="bullet">Use it internally: as a private AI workspace for your own team, with your data on your own servers.</li></ol>
