Next step: <p>ViralHQ is already fully built and live, so the next owner would not have to start everything from scratch. There are quite a few ways I think the project could be taken further, but if I was continuing it myself, I would probably focus on these first:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>1. Improve the homepage and conversion</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Before trying to get a lot more traffic, I would first make sure that as many visitors as possible actually use the product. The main action should be generating viral ideas, and it should be very obvious from the moment someone enters the site. I would also track which tools people use the most and remove any unnecessary steps that might make users leave.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Add user accounts and saved projects</strong></p><p><br></p><p>One of the main things I would add next is free user accounts. Users could save their viral ideas, scripts, niches and thumbnail ideas instead of losing everything after they leave the website. This would also give them an actual reason to come back and use ViralHQ again.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>3. Add a simple freemium plan</strong></p><p><br></p><p>I would keep most of the basic features free, but add a paid plan for people who want higher limits and more advanced features. For example, free users could get a certain number of generations while paid users get more generations, saved projects and better outputs. I would start with a fairly low price first and test whether people are actually willing to pay before making the pricing more complicated.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>4. Improve the Daily section</strong></p><p><br></p><p>I think the Daily section has a lot of potential because it could become something that makes people return every day. Instead of just being another page, it could give creators new video ideas, trending formats and niche opportunities based on the platform or niche they choose.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>5. Turn the Niche Finder into a proper research tool</strong></p><p><br></p><p>At the moment it can help users find niches, but this could be expanded a lot further. It could show things such as estimated competition, possible content angles, video ideas, audience type and even suggested formats to post. This would make it useful even for someone who has not started their channel yet.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>6. Focus on long-tail SEO</strong></p><p><br></p><p>ViralHQ has already started receiving some organic Google clicks even though I have done very little promotion for it. I think this is one of the biggest opportunities for the next owner.</p><p><br></p><p>I would create useful pages around searches like YouTube video ideas, TikTok content ideas, faceless channel ideas, niche ideas and video title generators. I would make sure each page is actually useful though, instead of just creating a large amount of thin AI content.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>7. Market it where creators already are</strong></p><p><br></p><p>I would not rely only on Google traffic. ViralHQ is actually quite easy to market through short videos because you can show the whole process in a few seconds.</p><p><br></p><p>For example, you could make a TikTok or YouTube Short where you enter a niche, generate 10 ideas and show the results. This could also be promoted through Instagram Reels, Reddit and other creator communities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>8. Add sharing features</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Another feature I would add is the ability to share or download results as a clean card. If someone generates a good idea and shares it on social media, ViralHQ could be shown on the card as well. This could bring in more users without having to pay for advertising.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>9. Move to a custom domain and build the brand further</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The project is currently running on a Vercel domain, so getting a proper custom domain would be one of the easiest improvements to make.
