Then AI auto-apply tools starting gaining traction - automating the application process further and causing application volumes to explode. The job search process for thousands has become a "spray and pray" endeavor, where everyone is forced to play the numbers game with employer response rates at all-time lows. Elevator was created to combat and counteract all the problems with the current state of hiring. Short video pitches over resumes, a purposely limited number of intentional expressions of interest, and live interview rounds to streamline hiring pipelines.
