What's left: Add a payment gateway: Razorpay or Stripe on the web, and Google Play Billing inside the Android app. Add subscription expiry: store a "premium until" date per user so subscriptions can end. Tie AI limits to the plan: e.g. 5 AI chats a day on free and 100 on premium. A premium plan priced at ₹99–199 a month would still undercut the big Indian fitness apps. </p><p><strong>2. Launch on the Play Store and grow</strong></p><p> The Android project is ready to sign and upload. The landing page already has search-engine tags, and the app makes WhatsApp-ready streak and personal-record cards that users can share. Regional-language marketing (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil) is a big opportunity, since most fitness apps only speak English. </p><p><strong>3. Sell to gyms and personal trainers</strong> </p><p>Rebrand the app for individual gyms and trainers and charge them per client per month. Ideas: a trainer dashboard showing client progress trainer-assigned workout plans and diets chat between trainer and client The admin panel and custom workout plan builder are a good starting point for this. </p><p><strong>4.
