GenSort — Local-First Visual Asset Sorting & Classification Tool For sale — $4,900 negotiable GenSort is a working browser-based visual asset organization tool built for people dealing with large collections of images, generated assets, design variations, screenshots, and other creative files. Instead of uploading a library to a cloud service, GenSort works locally in the browser. Users can load a directory, visually review and classify assets, apply tags and filters, inspect metadata, compare files, organize collections, and generate structured exports while the underlying files remain on their machine. This is a functioning product and complete software asset, not an idea or wireframe. What GenSort does GenSort turns an unstructured image directory into a visual workspace for reviewing and organizing large numbers of files. Current functionality includes: Local directory ingestion Visual asset browsing Search and filtering Tagging and classification Smart/virtual organization Image comparison workflows Metadata inspection Duplicate/similar-asset review workflows Quality/readiness organization Structured export workflows Local-first processing with no required cloud upload The product is particularly well suited to AI-image creators, designers, photographers, digital-product sellers, creative studios, and anyone generating large numbers of visual variations. Why local-first matters Creative libraries can contain proprietary work, client assets, unpublished designs, prompts, and large files. GenSort was intentionally built so the organization workflow can happen locally rather than requiring the user's entire asset library to be uploaded and stored by a third party. That also gives a buyer several possible positioning angles around privacy, speed, creator workflows, and local-first software. Current stage GenSort is functional and publicly demonstrable. It is currently pre-revenue and has not been meaningfully marketed or scaled. The buyer is acquiring a developed software product and IP rather than an established revenue stream. What's included The sale is intended to include: Complete GenSort source code GenSort name and branding Product UI and design assets Existing application Documentation and build/deployment materials Existing product copy and positioning Current monetization/export framework Product roadmap and expansion concepts Existing promotional/screenshots assets Full rights to continue, modify, rebrand, license, or commercialize the product The Context & Muse business and contextmuse.com domain are not included. GenSort is currently presented through Context & Muse and would be migrated to infrastructure/domain controlled by the buyer. Monetization opportunity The current product is structured around paid export rather than forcing users into another subscription. A buyer could retain that model or convert GenSort into: One-time paid desktop/browser software Creator subscription product Team or agency plans Digital asset management software AI-generation library manager Photography workflow software White-label creative asset organizer Commercial licensing A feature inside an existing creator platform These are potential directions, not revenue forecasts. Why I'm selling I build multiple software products and operational systems. My time is currently better spent on other products and client-facing work than building distribution around every tool I create. GenSort has already reached the stage where the core product exists. I'm looking for a buyer who would rather acquire that development head start and focus on distribution, commercialization, or integration into an existing product. Ideal buyer GenSort would be especially useful for: An indie founder strong in marketing/distribution A creator-tool company An AI image platform A digital asset management company A photography/design software business An agency wanting a white-label product A developer looking for a completed product to commercialize rather than starting from zero Asking price: $4,900 USD, negotiable. Reasonable offers considered.
Next step: <p>A buyer could take GenSort further in several practical directions without rebuilding the core product. The strongest path would be to position it around a specific high-friction workflow—such as photographers, designers, resellers, content teams, researchers, or other users managing large volumes of files—and build targeted features around that audience.</p><p>The product could also be expanded with paid plans, cloud sync, team workspaces, saved sorting rules, more advanced duplicate and similarity detection, AI-assisted classification, batch automation, desktop packaging, and integrations with services such as Google Drive or Dropbox.</p><p>Because the current architecture is local-first and lightweight, a buyer can keep operating costs low while deciding whether to grow GenSort as a standalone SaaS, a desktop utility, a white-label product, or a niche workflow tool.</p>

Reason for selling
