I’m the owner of Sendora and am seeking a buyer for the whole software project. Asking price: $19,500 USD. Sendora helps move screenshots and webpage URLs into ChatGPT using user-triggered capture and handoff controls. This is a software asset acquisition at the beta stage. Proposed assets: Windows and Android source/resources, simulator-validated iOS app and Share Extension source, website source, brand/icon material, build scripts, automated tests, documentation and the current real-device Android demo. Personal accounts and credentials are excluded. Final scope and provider transfers are subject to due diligence and a sale agreement. Status: Android 0.3.16 is in Google Play closed testing. Windows 0.2.4 is an unsigned beta. iOS compiles in the simulator but is not a signed, device-tested or TestFlight release. Revenue: $0, seller-reported. No verified active-user or completed-download count is claimed. Billing is not implemented. Remaining work includes independent repeated-handoff testing, Windows signing/installer, iPhone device testing and buyer hosting/store migration.
