Inwista is a transcription and subtitle studio I built for creators, agencies and film teams who are tired of fixing subtitles by hand. Upload an audio or video file, pick the language, and you get an accurate transcript with speaker labels and subtitles within minutes. Subtitle enhancement then rewrites the raw text into proper broadcast blocks in one click, with reading speed within limits and timing locked to the speech. Translations get the same treatment on the same project, captions can be styled to your brand, and a text-based editor lets you cut video by deleting text. Exports cover SRT, VTT, TTML, text and finished MP4, and fourteen integrations, webhooks and a REST API deliver results straight to cloud storage, YouTube, Vimeo or Slack. Everything runs on our own servers in the EU. There is a free plan with 45 minutes a month and no card needed, and a set of free browser tools for converting and shifting subtitle files at inwista.ai/tools.
