The session-pack ledger for in-person personal trainers
PacksLeft is a session-pack ledger for independent, in-person personal trainers who sell prepaid session packs. Add a client with a pack size, price and expiry (or import your spreadsheet from CSV), then log each session in one tap, with undo any time. A session can count as completed, a late cancel or a no-show. Each client gets a private link that opens in the browser already on their phone: no app, no login, no download. It shows how many sessions are left and their last five sessions, lets existing clients book, move or cancel their next 1:1 in the hours you set, and shows a buy button for every pack you have priced. Payments go through your own Stripe account and PacksLeft takes 0% of pack sales (Stripe fees apply). You get an email before a pack runs low or expires, and Google Calendar sync is optional. One plan: $29/month, unlimited clients, packs and sessions, with a 14-day free trial and no card required. CSV export any time. No workout programming, class calendar or client app, on purpose.
