About Newsoul
AI receptionist SaaS for missed business calls - full codebase for $2,500
Newsoul is an AI receptionist SaaS designed to help businesses capture calls their team cannot answer. It answers questions using business knowledge, captures lead details and messages, and gives staff call transcripts and summaries for follow-up. The codebase includes a Next.js dashboard, agent configuration, a knowledge base with retrieval, phone-number management, live and historical call views, organization-based authentication and billing, and a Python LiveKit voice worker. This is a pre-revenue project offered as a full-codebase sale for $2,500. It is suited to an engineer, agency, or operator who wants a starting point for an AI voice product and can handle deployment, marketing, and customer acquisition. Third-party services require configuration and have their own operating costs. I am an engineer, not a marketer. I need funds quickly and do not have the marketing capacity to grow the project, so I am looking for a quick, straightforward sale. FEATURES INCLUDED IN THE CODEBASE Agent builder: role and industry presets; customizable greeting, tone, instructions, model, voice and language; speech and interruption controls; browser test calls; draft, live and paused states. Knowledge and website import: upload documents, paste FAQs, or crawl a website; review extracted business facts and evidence URLs before applying them; search organization- and agent-scoped knowledge during calls. Phone numbers and routing: number assignment, business-hours routing, configured transfer destinations, team directory and agent-specific call books. Call operations: live transcripts, call history, summaries, outcomes, captured caller details, recording playback, messages and callback requests. SaaS foundation: organization workspaces, admin/member access, billing and plan entitlements, minute usage tracking, onboarding tours, showcase agents and claim links. Integrations: signed webhooks for completed calls, messages and callbacks; delivery history and replay; an integration polling API and Zapier package; PostHog and Sentry integration. Additional source-included modules: Nylas calendar booking with service and availability rules, appointment booking/cancellation/rescheduling and Resend notifications; automated AI caller scenario tests with criteria and tool-event evidence. Calendar booking and automated scenario tests are feature-gated and disabled by default; buyers must enable and configure them. The voice worker defines 14 tools covering knowledge search, caller information capture, messages, callbacks, directory lookup/listing, transfers, service listing, availability, booking lookup, booking, cancellation and rescheduling. Tool availability depends on configuration. The attached images are source-based feature showcases, not screenshots of a live customer workspace. Third-party services, deployment and feature configuration are required.
