SellerOS is a production-deployed SaaS that turns a seller's Telegram bot into a dedicated sales inbox. Customer conversations flow into a unified realtime panel, AI generates reply drafts in the seller's own tone based on forwarded chat history, FAQ entries can automatically answer common questions, and follow-up reminders help sellers avoid losing track of buyers. FEATURES Unified realtime inbox for Telegram customer conversations AI reply drafts matching the seller's tone, learned during onboarding FAQ auto-replies using keyword/stem matching Follow-up reminders (1 hour / tomorrow / 24 hours) delivered via Telegram Customer profiles with notes, tone settings and search Responsive desktop + mobile inbox Secure bot onboarding and owner linking Password recovery, account deletion, privacy policy and terms Bot tokens stored in Supabase Vault, server-side ownership checks and RLS TECH STACK Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript + Vite + Tailwind CSS v4 with a custom UI/design system Backend: Supabase — Postgres, Auth, 11 Deno Edge Functions, Realtime, Vault, pgcron/pgnet AI: OpenRouter through an OpenAI-compatible LLM layer. The provider can be switched to OpenAI by changing three environment variables. Deployment: Vercel + Supabase CURRENT STATE Production-deployed Core flows tested with live Supabase infrastructure, including Telegram webhook handling, AI draft generation, message sending/failure handling, authentication/recovery and account deletion 25 documented development and QA iterations Adversarial QA covering race conditions, duplicate sends, authentication expiry, error handling and pagination Deployment scripts, project documentation and developer guide included for handover HONEST LIMITATIONS Pre-revenue No paying customers or existing user base Billing/payments are not integrated yet No custom domain included UI is currently in Russian FAQ matching is keyword/stem based rather than semantic embeddings Telegram media messages currently use placeholders rather than full media handling The project is being sold as a ready-to-continue SaaS foundation, with the core product, backend infrastructure, security model and deployment workflow already implemented.
Next step: <p>The core product and backend infrastructure are already implemented, so the main opportunity is commercialization and growth.</p><p>Potential next steps include integrating billing and paid subscriptions, acquiring the first paying Telegram sellers, improving FAQ matching with semantic embeddings, adding product analytics, expanding Telegram functionality, adding richer media support, and extending the AI with catalog/RAG capabilities.</p><p>The existing architecture and deployment workflow provide a foundation for continuing development without rebuilding the core product from scratch.</p>

Everything is digital — there is nothing physical to ship. The buyer receives the complete SellerOS codebase, including frontend and backend source code, database schema and migrations, deployment scripts, UI/design assets, the test/mock environment, and the full developer documentation. The project also includes the documented setup and deployment workflow needed to continue development and operate the SaaS.
Reason for selling
I built SellerOS as a serious SaaS product and brought it to a production-deployed stage. I am now looking to hand it over to someone who wants to focus on distribution, customer acquisition and commercialization rather than rebuilding the technical foundation from scratch.
