Phone stocktakes, purchase orders, and reorder for Shopify
Binly is a Shopify app for stores that need to count stock, manage purchase orders, and reorder from suppliers without duct-taping spreadsheets together. We built it as a direct replacement for Stocky after Shopify discontinued it on August 31, 2026. Staff count with the camera on their own phone, not a dedicated scanner. A manager approves the count, and Shopify updates itself. Large catalogs load fast: we test every count and cost recalculation on a store with 73,893 variants. Purchase orders sit next to the counts. With partial receiving, weighted-average cost stays accurate. Reorder suggestions come from real sales velocity and each supplier's lead time. Binly also flags supplier cost changes and tracks payables with early-payment savings. Moving off Stocky is free.
