SmartSheet: AI exam formula sheets, print-ready SmartSheet turns study material into the one-page formula sheet students bring to their exams. Users upload lecture notes, PDFs, Word files, photos or scanned handouts. The AI extracts the formulas, definitions and key concepts and lays them out as a dense, typeset sheet that exports to a PDF matching the on-screen preview exactly. Live in production at smartsheetapp.it. Features Any input: pasted notes, PDF, .docx, images and scans. Long scanned documents are read in several passes and merged into a single sheet. Four sheet styles: bullet points, formula sheet (formulas only), comparative tables, Q&A flashcards. Users can add instructions before generating ("focus on chapter 4, skip proofs"). Real math typesetting: formulas rendered with KaTeX, identical on screen and in the PDF. Editing without AI: edit any card's text by hand, delete with undo, drag and drop, reorder from the keyboard, tap-and-place on mobile. Chat editing: ask the AI for changes, with suggested replies chosen from the state of the sheet. Layout control: A3, A4, A5 and index card, portrait or landscape, columns, pages, font size, colour themes. An overflow warning appears before the sheet prints cut off. Server-side PDF export through headless Chromium, with a browser-print fallback. Accounts: Google sign-in, an archive of saved sheets, rename, and in-app account deletion (GDPR). Languages: interface in English, Italian, French and Spanish; sheets generated in 10 languages plus automatic detection. Fully responsive with a dedicated mobile layout, dark mode, and accessibility work (44px touch targets, reduced motion, screen-reader labels). What to know No users or revenue yet: the product has only been used by testers and has never been marketed. Built on free tiers: the free Gemini tier allows 20 generations per day in total, and Vercel's Hobby plan is non-commercial. Commercial use needs Vercel Pro ($20/month) and paid Gemini.
