About MemoirWell
Guided voice or text interviews turn personal memories into editable chapters
I am Danila Pryadko, the developer of MemoirWell. It is a web app for people who want to record their own experiences or help a relative turn spoken or typed memories into editable life-story chapters. The main workflow is a guided interview followed by chapter review. AI helps draft the text; the storyteller checks names, dates and meaning and edits the result. A first chapter is free after registration with no card. Continued access costs $39/month, $149/year or $499 once. Printed-book ordering and a human interviewer are not included. I also built separate free worksheets for a family photo, a keepsake and a life timeline. Those need no account and do not generate a narrative. They help someone start with a single memory, keep an uncertain date uncertain, and copy or export a note. A browser draft is temporary, so it should be exported. I am sharing the working product for feedback, especially on the handoff from a short worksheet to a longer interview: is the next step clear, and can a storyteller tell what will happen to their words?
