PolyInsight - Sell Project

The platform monitors Polymarket activity on Polygon, processes large trades, tracks wallet performance and automatically categorizes wallets into profiles such as Smart Money, Degen and Possible Insider. The product was developed over the past 6 months and has already been tested in real-world use. The project is currently paused because I am no longer covering the ongoing RPC infrastructure costs. The application itself and its core functionality are already built and can be brought back online by the buyer. Large trades are detected and analyzed against historical wallet performance. Wallets can then be classified based on factors including: Win rate ROI Trading volume Bet size Timing relative to market price movements Historical trade outcomes The system currently uses thresholds to identify Smart Money, Degen and Possible Insider wallets. Possible insider activity is identified by analyzing large bets and subsequent market price movements after the trade. Real-world testing I personally used the alerts generated by PolyWhale for Polymarket trading and generated approximately $500 in profit from trades based on the alerts. This is not presented as guaranteed performance or a promise of future returns. It is simply my personal testing experience demonstrating that the alert system has been useful in live trading. Monetization The application was designed with subscriptions in mind and already has the necessary product structure for a paid intelligence platform. Payment processing was not completed before the project was paused. The buyer could integrate: Stripe Crypto payments Another subscription/payment provider The current subscription UI can therefore be connected to the buyer's preferred payment system. Infrastructure The previous deployment used: Railway for the backend Supabase for authentication and PostgreSQL Vercel for the frontend Alchemy Polygon RPC The previous Alchemy RPC usage cost approximately $3.30/day at the level of activity I was running. A buyer does not necessarily need to maintain this architecture. The backend can be migrated to a VPS, which should significantly reduce the fixed infrastructure cost depending on the buyer's chosen provider and usage. I am willing to assist the buyer with the migration and initial deployment. Social / distribution assets I can also provide the associated Telegram channels/bots used for the alert system and assist with transferring/configuring the X/Twitter integration. This gives the buyer a starting point for continuing the existing distribution and alert infrastructure. Why I'm selling I built PolyWhale as a Polymarket intelligence product and successfully tested the core alerting functionality. The project is currently paused primarily because I no longer want to cover the ongoing blockchain RPC/infrastructure costs while developing other projects. Rather than leaving the codebase unused, I would prefer to transfer it to someone who can continue developing and monetizing it.
