When your docs don't cover a question, it says so, takes the customer's email and hands you the conversation, so nothing gets made up and nothing slips through. Every question it couldn't answer goes on one list. Write the answer once and Deacon uses it for everyone who asks next, so it gets better the more you answer. The same script groups conversations into topics and counts visitors, page views and goals, so you can see what people are trying to do. Deacon replies in each customer's language, installs with one script tag and has a free plan with 50 answers a month.
