<p>I'm looking for a technical co-founder / CTO to own and scale the engineering behind tengi. I'm the founder building it today, and the highest-leverage partner is someone who can take the product from a working MVP to a robust, reliable, multi-platform engine.</p><p><br></p><p>Skill set: senior full-stack engineer fluent in our stack — TypeScript, Next.js/React, Supabase/Postgres, Vercel, Cloudflare — with real applied-AI experience: LLM pipelines, video processing and rendering, and social platform APIs (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). You've shipped and maintained production products, not just prototypes, and you care about reliability.</p><p><br></p><p>Working style: remote-first, high autonomy, fast iteration, direct communication. I lead brand, product vision, and go-to-market (I come from the creative-agency world); you own technical architecture, quality, and delivery. Comfort with early-stage ambiguity is a must.</p><p><br></p><p>Stakes: this is a true co-founder role with meaningful founding equity (negotiable, from a reserved pool), not cash compensation at this pre-seed stage. Let's start with a small trial project to confirm we build well together before we commit.</p>
