Trip2Pass is a fully-built, two-sided vacation resale marketplace: individuals reselling non-refundable bookings, and travel agencies listing packages directly (including last-minute inventory), on one platform. This is not a prototype. It's live at demo.trip2pass.com with a complete Supabase backend (73 migrations, full Row Level Security across 36 tables), 10 deployed serverless functions, a two-provider AI gateway (Gemini + OpenAI fallback) for description generation and Wanted Request matching, and a real Stripe integration that was tested end-to-end this week — a real purchase, a real webhook, a real balance update. Features: full listing lifecycle across two offer types, Explore/search with filters, Favorites, Saved Searches with email alerts, AI-assisted Wanted Request matching, Connect-gated messaging, a Moderation and Reports system with role hierarchy, GDPR export/deletion, and six monetized actions (Connects, Buyer Premium, Professional/Professional Pro agency subscriptions, Boost, Featured) all wired through real Stripe Checkout. Stack: React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Supabase (Postgres/Auth/Storage/Edge Functions), Stripe, Resend, Google Gemini + OpenAI, Cloudflare Pages. Status: pre-revenue. Zero real users, zero real transactions — Stripe has only run in Test Mode, deliberately, so a buyer can complete business verification under their own legal entity. A full technical and account-transferability audit was performed before listing (every connected service logged into and live-verified, not just inferred from code) — happy to share the complete documentation package to a serious buyer. Included: full source code and Git history, the live demo, the domain (trip2pass.com, confirmed transferable), and seven of ten connected third-party accounts (GitHub, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Sentry, Google AI Studio, OpenAI) already consolidated under one email address for a clean handover.

Next step: <p>Stand up a LIVE Supabase environment, activate Stripe Live Mode under their own legal entity, configure the apex trip2pass.com domain (only the demo subdomain is live today), get the legal pages reviewed by a lawyer, and run an actual go-to-market effort — none of which has happened yet. Everything else (product, payments flow, AI, transferable accounts) is already done.</p>
