Multi-tenant OSHA & COR compliance SaaS for fleet, trucking & industrial teams
ComplyFleet is a production-ready, multi-tenant SaaS platform for safety compliance in fleet, trucking, and industrial businesses. It covers Canadian COR (Certificate of Recognition) audit readiness and US OSHA recordkeeping in one system. Built solo on Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, and Supabase (Postgres 17). Development began in June 2026. The repository was re-initialized in September 2026, so git history starts there; the database migration history goes back to June. What's included: Custom form builder (30 field types) plus 19 ready-made compliance templates: pre-trip and trip inspections, vehicle maintenance, equipment inspection, JHA, hazard and incident/near-miss reports, toolbox talks, NSC driver orientation, contractor pre-qualification, emergency drills, and more Mobile field portal: installable web app with offline form capture that syncs when back online, plus Android/iOS app shells (Capacitor) Driver qualification files, equipment registry, certifications and tickets with expiry tracking Policy library with acknowledgement tracking, plus an append-only audit trail of user actions Scheduled inspections with daily automation that flags overdue items OSHA 300A annual summary generator COR readiness tracker (generic 10-element framework) with evidence mapping, plus a time-limited, read-only portal for external auditors Stripe subscription integration (checkout, customer portal, webhooks); the buyer connects their own Stripe account 5-level role-based access control and white-label branding Security: every one of the 22 database tables is protected by Row-Level Security (74 policies). A dedicated hardening pass found and fixed several access-control issues, each verified against the live database. No secrets in git history, and 0 known vulnerabilities in production dependencies. Currently pre-revenue with no paying customers. Sold as a one-time asset: full source code, IP, and transfer of the running GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase projects. A good fit for an EHS/safety consultancy wanting its own branded product, or a developer who wants to skip months of build time. 20-40 hrs/week was spent building the product. Ongoing maintenance needs are minimal (pre-launch, no active users): mainly occasional dependency updates.
Next step: <p>- Launch it as a subscription SaaS for fleet, trucking, and industrial safety teams in the US and Canada, under the buyer's own brand</p><p>- White-label it for an existing EHS or safety consulting client base</p><p>- Extend the COR module to specific certifying-partner audit instruments (e.g. provincial associations) and add more US state requirements</p><p>- Add drawn e-signatures (sign-offs are currently tap-to-sign confirmations), plus email and push reminders for scheduled inspections</p><p>- Publish the Android and iOS apps</p><p>- Build the sales and marketing motion; none has been run yet</p>
