Zero-in - Sell Project

I built Zero-in as a side project for students who know what they need to study but struggle with the first step. A user can enter a topic, paste lecture notes, or import a text-based PDF, then work through the material using concise explanations, flashcards, multiple-choice questions, grounded tutor chat, and short recall games. This is a working product, not a starter template. It includes a distinctive responsive interface, light and dark themes, guest mode, email and social authentication, account-backed study libraries, study preferences, annotations, read-aloud, background sound, a focus timer, and flexible AI-provider settings. Users can use the operator's shared AI connection or bring their own supported provider key. The project is pre-revenue. It has not been actively marketed and has no active user base; the current deployment has only been tested by me and one friend. I am selling the software asset, product foundation, and project-specific brand materials—not an established business or customer list. Included: source repository and commit history; product code; database schema and reproducible migrations; tests and technical documentation; Zero-in name, logo, project-specific visual identity, and repository brand assets subject to the buyer's own clearance review; buyer handover guide; fresh-deployment checklist; six product screenshots; a 70-second walkthrough; one handover call; and 14 days of reasonable email support for setup and transfer questions. Excluded: mohib.wiki and every other seller-owned domain; the existing deployment; third-party service accounts; API keys, OAuth secrets, service credits, and seller credentials; the production database, test accounts, logs, uploaded material, and personal data; new feature development; and ongoing maintenance. The buyer will deploy to fresh service accounts, a fresh database, and a buyer-owned domain. Project-specific written and visual assets were created with GPT-assisted tools. No third-party commercial asset pack was intentionally included. The bundled Archivo font includes its Open Font License file, and software dependencies retain their own licenses. The buyer should perform its own code, trademark, licensing, and brand review. Current readiness: lint, TypeScript, all 43 automated tests, and the production build pass. Fresh-database migrations are included. Billing is not implemented. PDF extraction supports text-based documents, not OCR. Privacy and terms templates need buyer details and legal review before launch. I enjoyed building Zero-in, but the next stage is distribution, partnerships, and ongoing operations. I would rather hand it to someone who wants to grow it than leave a solid product sitting unused.
