Finished CJdropshipping→Shopify order automation. Pre-revenue, fully tested.
Commerce OS runs the order loop a CJ-to-Shopify store needs, with a human approving anything that spends money. What it does: finds products in the CJ catalog, prices them from supplier cost plus a real CJ freight quote, refuses to list anything priced more than 10% above US retail, creates the Shopify product as a DRAFT, then takes each order through supplier purchase, balance payment, tracking, fulfillment, refunds and disputes, booking both sides in a double-entry ledger. Verified run (20 Sep 2026, development store + CJ sandbox): order placed 10:00:05, ingested by signed webhook 10:00:08, operator approved 10:00:53, CJ order SD26092010005906457001 created 10:01:03, tracking CJSBX005906457001 received and the Shopify order fulfilled 10:01:21. That is 28 seconds from approval to fulfillment, with zero failed attempts and zero spend authorizations. The safety work is the product: a live write needs two independent locks (connector mode plus a live flag on the call); every real payment or refund needs an authorization from a spend guard with per-order and daily caps; an emergency stop refuses all live spend without a redeploy; supplier and marketplace writes are idempotent, so no double order and no double refund; API keys are sealed with AES-256-GCM on disk. Scale: 26 packages, 43,585 lines of TypeScript, 42 test files with 235 tests that run with the network disabled, 39 API endpoints, 16 SQL migrations, 56 deployment configuration checks. Honest status: pre-revenue. No customers, no traffic. The live switch is implemented and has never been turned on. It is not a multi-tenant SaaS and it is not listed in the Shopify App Store. The operator panel is in Turkish; code, logs and documentation are in English. Included: the full repository with its history, tests, migrations, deployment tooling, runbooks and reports, plus two weeks of handover support. No credentials transfer — you use your own CJ API key and your own Shopify app. Why I am selling: I built it to run my own store and decided not to trade.
Next step: <p>Run it as your own store: install your Shopify app, add your CJ API key, top up the CJ balance, and turn the live switch on.</p><p>Turn it into a product: the auth and organization scoping are already in the code, so a multi-tenant SaaS is a step rather than a rewrite, and a public Shopify App Store listing is the distribution channel after Shopify's review.</p><p>Add a second supplier behind the existing supplier interface, or sell done-for-you setups to merchants who want the automation without running servers.</p>

Included: the full Git repository with its history, the test suite, all SQL migrations, deployment tooling (host preflight, release script, encrypted backups, monitoring), and the runbooks and reports written while it was built, which document every verified run and the failure behind each fix. Two weeks of handover support by email and a call to walk through the architecture. Not included: credentials. The buyer uses their own CJdropshipping API key and installs their own Shopify app, so nothing is tied to my accounts. No domain and no social accounts are part of this sale. Deployment on the buyer's own server, or changes and extensions, can be arranged separately. The price is a guideline: sensible offers are welcome, and a single-operator licence, where you run it and I keep the code, is an option at a lower price.
Reason for selling
I built this to run my own store and then decided not to trade. The engineering is finished and verified; I would rather it went to someone who already sells than sat unused.
