The platform is designed to make local assistance easier to discover while creating flexible earning opportunities within communities. • Service Requests: Customers can choose a service, describe their needs, set a budget and preferred radius, and submit a request. • Local Discovery: Customers can review responses, profiles, skills, reviews, and other available information before choosing a Service Provider. • Flexible Earning: KnackStars can create profiles, list their skills and services, set their own rates and availability, and choose opportunities that work for them. • Direct Communication: Customers and KnackStars can communicate to discuss requirements and coordinate Services. • Diverse Services: KnackCity supports everyday needs including cleaning, gardening, errands, pet care, childcare, eldercare, teaching, tech assistance, home tasks, lifting, vehicle help, and more. • Spotlight: KnackStars can showcase their skills and work through portfolios, photos, videos, and examples, giving Customers another way to discover local talent. • Community Focus: KnackCity brings local needs and local skills together to encourage earning opportunities, helpful connections, and stronger neighborhoods. KnackCity provides the technology that facilitates connections between Customers and independent Service Providers rather than performing the underlying Services itself.
