A rejected passport photo can delay an application by weeks. The Passport Photo Maker crops your phone photo to the exact size for your document, cleans up the background and checks size, head height, eyes and lighting against the issuing authority's published rules before you pay. Choose your document (US passport, DS-160 visa, green card and DV lottery, UK passport, Schengen visa, Canada, India or Australia passport), add a photo taken at home and see the result before paying. Fixable issues are fixed and the rest are flagged, such as glasses or a head that is too small. Download a digital file for online applications, or a 4x6 in sheet to print at any photo counter. Checking is free; the finished file costs $4.99, or $6.99 with the print sheet, as a one-time payment with no subscription. Uploads are deleted after 24 hours. It is an independent service, not affiliated with any government agency; only the issuing authority can approve a photo. Built and run by Antoine Duno, an independent developer.
