Smokohut.com is a fully developed, pre-revenue SaaS platform for coffee carts, cafes, bakeries, food trucks, takeaways and other small food vendors. The system lets customers order ahead from individual vendor storefronts and pay when they collect. Vendors receive orders through a live order board and can move them through Preparing, Ready and Completed stages. Smokohut is live and functional. It has been developed substantially beyond MVP stage, but commercial customer acquisition has not yet been pursued at scale. It has generated no revenue to date. The sale includes the Smokohut.com domain, complete PHP/MySQL source code, database structure, vendor system, customer ordering system, administration system, PWA functionality and existing branding/assets. Major functionality includes individual vendor storefronts, menu and option management, shopping cart, customer accounts, order-ahead ordering, pay-on-pickup workflow, live order management, order tracking, pickup estimates, queue warnings, vendor branding and mobile/PWA support. Additional modules have been developed for manual phone/counter orders, customer promotions, email campaigns, flyers and posters, reviews, daily specials, sales functionality, safety checklists and business ledger tools. The platform was designed around a free-core SaaS model with optional paid vendor features, although the buyer can change the pricing and business model. The original target market is New Zealand independent hospitality businesses, but the software can be rebranded and used internationally. Technology: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHPMailer, FPDF and PWA technologies. The opportunity is primarily a sales and distribution opportunity rather than an idea requiring a product to be built from scratch. Reason for sale: the founder operates several software projects and wants to concentrate resources elsewhere. A reasonable handover period will be provided to assist the buyer with transferring and understanding the system.
