NIRYK Games is a turnkey premium gaming media platform built as a complete digital publishing and gaming content business, not simply a blog or template. The acquisition includes the NIRYK brand, niryk.com domain, production-ready website, custom administration system, editorial CMS, Games Database, integrated media management, NIRYK AI tools, AI Intelligence capabilities, commercial/advertising infrastructure and the underlying source code. EDITORIAL CMS NIRYK includes a dedicated editorial management system for operating News, Reviews and Guides. Content can be created, edited, organized and published through the administration interface, with support for editorial status, featured content, Editor's Picks, categories, tags, authors, game associations and other structured publishing data. The integrated rich text editor supports formatted content, hyperlinks and inline imagery, allowing complete articles to be produced directly inside the platform. MEDIA LIBRARY A centralized Media Library manages visual assets used throughout the platform. Administrators can upload and reuse media, manage asset information and select existing media when creating editorial content, game pages or configuring the platform. GAMES DATABASE NIRYK contains a dedicated Games Database rather than treating games simply as article categories. Game records can contain structured information including descriptions, developers, publishers, platforms, genres, release information, technical specifications, system requirements, official links, trailers and dedicated visual assets. Games can be connected to editorial content, creating a structured relationship between the publishing system and the gaming database. Individual game pages provide dedicated areas for overview information, trailers, requirements, specifications, galleries and related content. NIRYK AI Artificial intelligence is integrated directly into the platform's administration and editorial workflow. The AI configuration system allows the operator to configure the AI provider and model, securely manage credentials, test provider connectivity and independently enable or disable individual AI capabilities. The NIRYK AI suite includes: • Editorial AI — generation and writing assistance inside the editorial CMS. • SEO Assistant — SEO generation and auditing capabilities. • Review Assistant — AI capabilities specialized for reviews. • Guide Assistant — AI capabilities specialized for guides. • Game Assistant — AI capabilities connected to the Games Database. • Content Analysis — Quality Score, Fact Check and deeper content analysis. The AI system also includes a master control for enabling or disabling NIRYK AI features. AI INTELLIGENCE NIRYK goes beyond basic AI writing assistance with a separate AI Intelligence layer. The platform includes AI Intelligence capabilities centered around the Command Center, Content Graph and Release Radar intelligence. This provides an additional intelligence layer alongside the individual editorial and content assistants, making AI part of the platform architecture rather than simply an external writing tool. BRANDING & PLATFORM SETTINGS The platform includes a centralized Branding & Settings system designed to make ownership and brand configuration easier. From the administration area, the operator can manage platform identity and configuration including site name, short name, tagline, site description, site URL, organization information and default author. Brand assets can also be managed directly from the platform, including the primary logo, favicon and default social/Open Graph image. Assets can be uploaded from a computer or reused from the integrated Media Library. Primary and secondary brand colors can be configured, along with social presence information for platforms such as X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Discord. This makes NIRYK adaptable for a future owner who wants to retain the existing premium NIRYK identity or customize the platform for another strategy. COMMERCIAL & ADVERTISING NIRYK was designed with monetization in mind and includes commercial/advertising infrastructure for managing advertising opportunities and placements across the platform. This gives a future operator a foundation for sponsorship and direct advertising monetization alongside the editorial operation.
