This is a white-label full-featured ordering system for those coffeeshops and restaurants that want have their own system to manage orders, inventory, and have a professional website for their business. https://ordering-system-production-c09a.up.railway.app (URL) Customer-Facing Storefront Cart & checkout flow: customers add items, see running totals, enter delivery address, phone, notes, and choose between Delivery or Pickup. QR-code table ordering: tables have QR codes customers can scan to pull up the menu/ordering system tied to that specific table. Location/map picker: lets customers search and pin their delivery address, showing distance and estimated travel time from the shop. Live order/delivery tracking: shows order status progressing through Pending, Completed, with delivery ID, payment method (Cash, Card, Online), essentially a real-time order status tracker the customer can watch. https://ordering-system-production-c09a.up.railway.app/dashboard (URL) username: staff password: staffpassword@ Admin Dashboard Orders: full order log with status pipeline Pending, Preparing, Delivering, Completed, and Terminated, payment status/method, customer contact info, and itemized line items. Deliveries: same as orders, with a live map showing customer location, distance, and ETA. Products: inventory/menu management. Categories Tables: generates unique QR codes per table, tracks scan counts and creation dates. Layout & Settings: controls what appears on the customer homepage which categories show in the list of categories, and products section, banner image upload, and shop location on a map, and more... Logs: table scans, login, and logout events, and password changes, each with timestamp, device, and browser (user-agent) for security tracking.
