Android image utility with six tools, Free/Pro monetization and Play testing.
Pocket Image Tools is a developed Flutter/Dart Android image utility built around six practical workflows: Compress, Resize, Convert, Crop, Metadata, and Batch processing. The app includes local/on-device core image processing, save and share workflows, processing history, useful presets, prepared Google Play store-listing assets, and an implemented Free/Pro monetization model. Free users get a Home banner, plus a controlled interstitial ad after every second eligible successful operation. Batch processing is limited to 2 images per job on the Free tier. Pro is a one-time, non-subscription Google Play purchase that removes both banner and interstitial ads and unlocks Batch processing beyond the Free 2-image limit. Google Play Billing and Google Mobile Ads/UMP are already integrated. Pocket Image Tools is currently in Google Play Closed Testing. The current minimum tester threshold has been achieved, the required continuous-testing period is still in progress, and Production access has not yet been granted. The intended acquisition includes the full Pocket Image Tools Flutter/Dart source code at closing, seller-created branding, logo/icon, store-listing visuals and marketing assets, relevant technical documentation, and an official Google Play app transfer when the transaction and Google's requirements are satisfied. The buyer will use buyer-owned Privacy Policy and AdMob configuration during the authorized handoff. Seller personal accounts, Play Console credentials, AdMob account/payment profile, passwords, and unrelated assets are not included. Third-party libraries, SDKs, fonts, and platform services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. Pocket Image Tools has recently started generating a small amount of estimated advertising revenue through Google AdMob during Closed Testing. This is early-stage revenue and no established recurring monthly revenue level is being claimed. See the Revenue section for the current disclosed information.

Next step: <p>The next owner can complete the remaining Google Play release requirements that apply at transfer time, configure buyer-owned Privacy Policy and AdMob settings during the authorized handoff, and then focus on Production launch, ASO, user acquisition, monetization optimization and future product development.</p><p><br></p><p>The existing product already provides six image-processing workflows, Free/Pro monetization, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads/UMP integration and prepared store-listing assets, allowing the buyer to focus on launch and growth rather than starting the product from zero.</p>
