About Transcript-to-proposal web app and CLI source
Proposal-tool source code with PDF, HTML and spreadsheet renderers
Source project for developers building proposal tools for consulting firms and agencies. The repository contains a web application and a command-line workflow for turning discovery-call material into structured scope and estimates. It includes PDF, HTML and spreadsheet renderers, setup documentation, and illustrative sample outputs. The proposed package is the source snapshot, documentation and synthetic samples. It has no verified paying customer base to transfer. Existing customer records, credentials, personal service accounts and payment accounts are excluded. Domain and brand rights would need separate agreement. The web application uses Next.js, React and PostgreSQL. The CLI uses TypeScript and Node.js. A buyer supplies their own hosting and model-provider accounts. Known limitations include unfinished password-reset email and an unverified onboarding, payment and generation flow on a fresh buyer deployment. A new synthetic demonstration exercises the existing PDF, HTML and spreadsheet renderers. The serverless PDF fallback omits phase prices and detailed deliverables; those phase prices remain in HTML and Excel. The workbook's detailed estimate sheets need estimation data. The demonstration does not establish AI extraction quality or customer results. Source review and the agreed demonstration would precede a sale. Ongoing maintenance and new feature work are outside this proposed package.
