ProposalKit is a standalone web application for small web studios and digital agencies. Create branded proposals, quote services, export real PDFs and share fixed versions through expiring protected links. Clients can accept or request changes. Core functions work without AI. FEATURES Accounts and isolated agency workspaces; owner/member permissions and verified email invitations; client records, notes, archiving and proposal history; five substantive templates for landing pages, corporate sites, ecommerce, SEO and monthly support. Responsive section editor with ordering, autosave, service tables, exact integer-cent money calculations, discounts, optional tax and USD/EUR/GBP. Sending creates an immutable snapshot with a random protected link, expiry and revocation. Client decisions are timestamped and generate agency notifications. Acceptance records intent, not a qualified electronic signature. Server-generated branded PDFs include logos and page numbers. The application also includes English marketing pages, editable legal/operator drafts, onboarding, real-data dashboard, agency/team/template settings, Stripe Checkout/Billing Portal/signed idempotent webhook code and optional server-side AI drafting/improvement with review before application. Proposed plans: Free with 3 new proposals/month; Pro at $19/month with 100 proposals, 100 AI operations, team access and removal of the service watermark. Limits are configurable. These are implemented product plans, not paid subscriptions. CURRENT STATUS — PRE-LAUNCH, PRE-REVENUE No paying customers, revenue, verified audience metrics or validated commercial demand. The full SaaS is not publicly deployed and no acquired domain is included. A separate browser-only buyer demo is available; it demonstrates the interface with sample data and does not run accounts, payments, email or protected client links. Screenshots use fictional demonstration/test agencies; example decisions and figures are test data, not commercial traction. Local verification: production build and TypeScript pass; 15 server tests and 3 browser workflows pass at desktop/tablet/phone sizes; PDF checks on 1, 3 and 8 pages; fresh source installation with a new database; real PostgreSQL dump/restore preserving snapshots, decisions, token hashes and logos. The recorded production-dependency audit reported zero known vulnerabilities. Detailed evidence and limitations are supplied. IMPORTANT REMAINING CHECKS A real Stripe test-account Checkout payment, Billing Portal and actual webhook delivery are not yet verified. Stripe tests use the real SDK signature algorithm with synthetic provider/database fixtures. Email and AI tests use local provider fixtures. Actual SMTP deliverability, optional real AI-provider checks and Linux Docker/VPS deployment remain unverified because service accounts/host were not supplied. Live payments are disabled. The buyer must complete these checks and fill legal/operator fields before commercial launch.
