About JARVIS — AI Seller-Ops Platform for India
Hinglish AI that runs an Indian seller's marketplace back office — no API keys.
JARVIS is a Hinglish voice-and-chat AI assistant fused to a complete seller-operations back office for Indian marketplaces — Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and Shopify. Sellers and their ops staff ask for work in the language they actually speak, and it gets done. Sold outright: complete source code and full IP assignment. One author, no contractors, no third-party contributors, so the diligence on the IP chain is short. ⚙️ THE WRITE PATH — the part that does not exist anywhere else Indian marketplaces give third parties no dependable API for changing stock and prices. JARVIS solves it a different way. • Approval queue — every write is queued with a preview and waits for a human to approve or reject. Nothing reaches a marketplace unreviewed.• Browser executor — Playwright drives the seller’s own logged-in portal session. Four action types: stock update, price update, order action, listing toggle.• Session vault — encrypted browser sessions with open / verify / reconnect / revoke, plus readiness checks before any run.• Compliance guard — a deliberate no-stealth, no-CAPTCHA-bypass posture: 30 writes per hour per marketplace, 30-second spacing, pause-on-risk.• Account-block safety — monitors suspension signals and halts automation before a seller account is put at risk. The result: no marketplace API keys are needed at all. For an agency running other people’s seller accounts, it also means never holding a client’s credentials. 📦 EVERY CAPABILITY IN THE PLATFORMCompiled by parsing the source, not by reading the marketing. Endpoint counts are that parse. 01 · Marketplace integrations — 67 endpointsAmazon: inventory, orders and listing sync, plus a Playwright Seller Central driver with live-verified URLs. Flipkart: inventory and order sync, listing management, dedicated Seller Hub driver. Meesho: supplier-panel sync and a v3 panel driver. Myntra: inventory, orders, returns, and style upload with pre-submission validation. Shopify, the deepest integration at 23 endpoints: products, price and SEO fields, stock updates, low-stock reporting, order summaries, return logging and resolution, revenue / top-product / cancellation-rate analytics, inbound and outbound webhooks, session management. Quick commerce: dark-store allocation, delivery-slot planning, demand forecasting. Social commerce: WhatsApp order capture, payment-link generation, catalogue build. Emerging platforms: a generic adapter exposing inventory, orders and status behind one shape. 02 · The write path — no API keys requiredDescribed above. This is the mechanism the rest of the platform is built around. 03 · Listings & content — 11 endpointsBulk upload, single and bulk validation before submission, cross-marketplace sync of one catalogue, A+ content assembly, category assignment, image compliance checks, image resize planning, variation-family construction, a listing analyzer that scores a listing and reports what is weak, and an SEO keyword engine for titles and bullets. 04 · Pricing, demand & competitive intel — 18 endpointsRepricing advisor against a configured margin floor; rule-driven dynamic pricing by demand and competitive position; festival, trend and weather-linked demand forecasting plus predictive inventory; competitor price watch on the same SKUs over time; live competitor, product-price, trending-product, stock, news and exchange-rate feeds; search-rank tracking with history, drop detection and named-competitor comparison. 05 · Advertising — 9 endpointsBid optimisation across campaigns against a target; wasted-spend identification with an auto-pause action for the worst offenders; keyword performance analysis suggesting additions and negatives; campaign creation and portfolio budget optimisation. 06 · Deals & sale events — 8 endpointsCoupon creation, deal scheduling, performance reporting, flash-sale stock reservation, and stock-and-pricing planning ahead of a sale event. 07 · Returns, NDR & money recovery — 26 endpointsThe area with the most directly measurable rupee value to a seller: money already lost that can be reclaimed. Returns ledger with log, resolve, track and export, summaries by SKU, ageing buckets, per-SKU return rates and a suspicious-returns view; return-fraud detection at buyer and pattern level; NDR actions and RTO risk scoring before dispatch; courier weight-discrepancy detection with the dispute assembled for you; Amazon SAFE-T reimbursement claims; return and repeat-purchase cohort analytics with custom reports. 08 · Logistics & shipping — 11 endpointsBluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express and Xpressbees — rate quotes, cheapest-carrier comparison and AWB tracking. Shiprocket rate cards, courier comparison, shipment creation and tracking. Manifest generation per marketplace, background manifest jobs, multi-manifest PDF merge, bulk label generation, and a shipping monitor that watches dispatch SLAs and flags what is slipping. 09 · Finance, tax & accounting — 29 endpointsBuilt for Indian statutory practice rather than gener...
Next step: <p>In rough order of how quickly each pays off:</p><p>• <strong>Sell it into a seller base you already own.</strong> The fastest path by a distance — the product is finished, the customers are the hard part, and an acquirer who already has them skips the hard part.• <strong>Finish the write path.</strong> Capture live portal selectors for order_action and listing_toggle and promote them from assist-only to automatic. The framework, the approval queue and the compliance caps are already built around them.• <strong>Add real GST filing.</strong> The e-way bill payload builder, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries already exist; submission to the GSTN and NIC portals is the missing step, and it turns a reporting feature into a compliance product.• <strong>White-label it for agencies.</strong> Multi-tenancy, RBAC, per-tenant data isolation and billing checkout are in place, and the browser write path means an agency never holds a client’s marketplace credentials — which is exactly the objection agencies raise.• <strong>Monetise the recovery work first.</strong> SAFE-T claims, courier weight disputes and NDR handling recover money a seller has already lost, which is the easiest thing in the product to put a price on per seller per month.• <strong>Publish the Android app.</strong> It builds in CI and has never been on the Play Store.• <strong>Strip what you do not want.</strong> The desktop, voice and consumer endpoints are cleanly separated and can be removed without touching the commerce platform.• <strong>Reuse the Hinglish layer elsewhere.</strong> It is 37 backend modules and a 567-line intent matcher built from real input, not a system prompt, and it transfers to any Indian software category with the same language problem.</p>

Reason for selling
I built it to sell it, and I would rather say that than invent a story. The code is finished; the distribution is not. Putting a seller-operations platform into Indian seller accounts needs a sales organisation, a support desk and a channel into thousands of small merchants. A single developer does not have any of those, and no amount of further coding produces them. For a company that already reaches those sellers — an OMS, a shipping aggregator, an accounting suite, a marketplace agency — this is eighteen to twenty-four months of engineering they can skip. That asymmetry is the entire reason for the sale: the asset is worth considerably more attached to an existing channel than it is in my hands. It is not being sold because it broke, because I lost interest, or because I ran out of runway. It is maintained, CI is green, and it stays that way until it changes hands.
