AI hiring platform that verifies technical skills through proof of work.

Hire a Human is an AI-powered technical hiring platform built to replace resume-first screening with proof-of-work verification. Instead of relying primarily on resumes and ATS keyword matching, Hire a Human researches a candidate's actual GitHub activity and LeetCode history and evaluates that evidence against the requirements of a specific technical role. The platform uses a hierarchical multi-agent architecture with an Orchestrator, Evaluator agents, and a Report agent. I also built 2 custom MCP servers to provide the agents with reliable access to the data required for candidate evaluation. The product also includes a production voice AI layer built with LiveKit, supporting multilingual STT/TTS, Silero VAD, and BVC noise cancellation, with approximately 700ms time-to-first-audio. The product is live and has been used by 14 real users. I also pitched the concept to 3 HR recruiters, and all 3 validated the underlying hiring problem and the value of the approach. I built the product end-to-end and am now looking to sell it to someone who can take the existing product, infrastructure, and early validation further through distribution, monetization, and scale. Included in the sale can be the existing product/codebase, AI and agent architecture, MCP infrastructure, deployment setup, and associated project assets, subject to the final acquisition agreement.

For example, agencies could purchase plans that include a fixed number of candidate verifications per month, such as 100 verifications. Similar volume-based models are already used by AI recruiting and candidate-screening platforms.A major product opportunity is also closing the candidate feedback loop.Today, the platform evaluates and surfaces candidates for recruiters, but it does not yet provide every rejected candidate with detailed, actionable feedback explaining why they were not selected and what they could improve.This addresses a real gap in the hiring process: 56% of candidates in the 2025 CandE Benchmark Research reported receiving no feedback after being rejected during screening or interviewing, while only 6% received feedback on assessment or test results.A future feedback system could turn Hire a Human into a two-sided platform:<ol><li data-list="bullet">Recruiters get verified, evidence-based candidate evaluation.</li><li data-list="bullet">Candidates understand why they were rejected and what they need to improve.</li><li data-list="bullet">Hiring outcomes can feed back into the evaluation system.</li><li data-list="bullet">Candidates can improve their skills and proof of work based on specific feedback.</li></ol>This creates a longer-term loop of candidate evidence → evaluation → hiring outcome → feedback → improvement.The existing product provides the technical foundation; the next owner can focus on monetization, agency distribution, outcome tracking, and building this candidate feedback loop.
