BusinessFlow is a multi-tenant HR & business management SaaS — built with Next.j
BusinessFlow is a complete, production-ready multi-tenant SaaS platform for HR and business management. Companies sign up and get their own isolated workspace to manage employees, departments, attendance, leave requests, tasks, and documents — all from a single dashboard. The stack is modern and fully async: a Next.js 14 frontend (App Router, TypeScript) talks to a FastAPI backend (SQLAlchemy 2 async, PostgreSQL 16), with Redis for rate limiting. The whole environment — frontend, backend, database, cache — is orchestrated with Docker Compose, so it runs anywhere with a single command. Key features include JWT authentication with refresh tokens, a role-based access control system (5 roles, 20 granular permissions), a leave approval workflow with overlap protection and decision history, check-in/check-out attendance tracking with automatic overtime calculation, file uploads (local disk or S3-compatible storage), in-app notifications, a full audit log for every write operation, and an AI assistant (powered by Groq) with live access to the organization's real data. The codebase is clean and well-organized (routes, models, schemas, services, dependencies all clearly separated), fully documented with a detailed README, includes auto-generated Swagger API docs, and ships with a demo dataset (seed script) so buyers can explore a working instance immediately after setup.
Next step: <blockquote>Add payroll/invoicing integration, a mobile app, multi-language support, Alembic migrations for schema evolution, a test suite, and a public marketing site — the core RBAC/multi-tenant architecture already supports scaling to more modules.</blockquote><p><br></p>

Reason for selling
I feel that the project requires skills that I do not necessarily have and would like to see someone else take over.
