About Closefier - Built To Close More
AI-powered agency platform with website, CRM, outreach, bookings and deals.
Overview Closefier is a complete AI-powered agency platform built around two connected products: a polished client-facing agency website and a custom internal dashboard for managing outreach, leads, conversations, sales activity, bookings and deals. The business is designed for service-based companies that want better websites, booking systems, lead capture, online ordering, business apps and custom SaaS solutions. The public website was expanded into a full multi-page structure with 20 pages, including dedicated service pages, industry pages, About, Contact, Terms and Privacy pages. The sale includes the Closefier brand, closefier.com domain, public website, dashboard and project/codebase. The project is built and managed through Lovable, while the domain is registered with GoDaddy. Client-Facing Website The public side of Closefier is designed to operate as a real agency website rather than a simple landing page. It has dedicated sections and pages for Website Redesign, Booking Systems, Custom SaaS, Business Apps, Click-to-Call Systems, Lead Capture and Online Ordering, alongside industry-specific pages for restaurants, salons, clinics, gyms, real estate and home-service businesses. The site was intentionally designed with a premium, minimal monochrome style using white, black and grey, subtle animations, modern spacing and clean typography. The copy was also refined to feel practical and professional rather than overly sales-heavy or generic. Agency Dashboard Behind the public website is a custom dashboard built to manage the operational side of the agency. The main dashboard gives an overview of leads added, emails sent, reply rate, calls booked, deals closed and estimated deal value. It also includes lead-funnel and weekly-activity tracking, giving the owner a quick view of how outreach and sales are performing. The platform is structured so prospects can move through a clear workflow from New → Ready → Sent → Replied → Call Booked → Closed, making it easier to manage large numbers of leads without losing track of conversations or opportunities. AI Outreach & Automation AI is integrated directly into the outreach workflow. Closefier includes an AI Email Generator that can prepare customized outreach drafts for individual prospects or generate drafts for multiple eligible leads at once. The system also includes a draft queue, review-and-send workflow and automation controls, allowing the user to combine AI generation with manual approval before messages are sent. There is also a separate generation area for creating outreach email templates and sales call scripts based on the prospect's industry, service, business name and additional context. This makes the AI functionality part of the actual sales process rather than simply adding a chatbot to the website. Inbox & Communication Closefier includes an integrated inbox for handling prospect conversations directly inside the dashboard. Emails can be organized into New Emails, Replied, Sent, Follow-Up Needed, Archived, Trash and Blocked categories. Users can search conversations, open replies, compose new messages and send email directly from configured Closefier email identities. Email delivery is integrated through Resend, with backend functionality handled through Supabase Edge Functions. CRM & Lead Management The platform includes a visual lead pipeline where prospects can be categorized by stage, priority, industry and service opportunity. This gives the owner a centralized place to track businesses being contacted, what services are being offered and how far each prospect has progressed through the sales process. Instead of managing outreach through separate spreadsheets, inboxes and notes, Closefier brings the core workflow into one interface. Research & Sales Preparation A dedicated Research section allows the user to prepare prospect information before outreach. Businesses can be researched using their name, location and industry, while previous research is retained in a history area for later reference. This research workflow connects naturally with the AI email and call-script generation tools, allowing outreach to be more relevant to each prospect. Deals & Revenue Tracking Once a prospect becomes an opportunity, the Deals section can be used to manage the commercial side of the relationship. A deal can be connected to an existing lead and can include the business name, client name, email address, service, deal value, description and notes. The system also tracks pipeline value, won revenue and active deals, providing a simple overview of potential and completed business. Stripe is integrated into the project for payment functionality. Bookings Closefier also includes booking functionality so calls and appointments generated from outreach can be managed within the same system. This connects the full journey from initial research and first contact through to a scheduled conversation and eventual deal. Technology & Security Closefier is built using...
