Set - Sell Project

Set is a production-ready iOS fitness app built for people who want a fast, polished way to plan workouts, track performance, and make progress in the gym. The app is live on the App Store and includes the complete consumer workout experience: workout generation and custom workouts, set/rep/weight tracking, workout history, progress tracking, personal records, movement library, rest timers, warm-ups, workout sharing, an adaptive 100 Pushups program, and a five-workout trial with Set Pro subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Set also includes creator and partner infrastructure. Invited trainers and fitness creators can use a web dashboard to build workouts and distribute them through shareable getset.fit links. Their audience can open those workouts directly in Set and train them with creator attribution. Referral attribution, commission structures, partner agreements, and performance analytics are already built. The acquisition includes the native iOS codebase, backend infrastructure, marketing website, partner dashboard, extensive admin tooling, domain and brand assets, movement library, subscription infrastructure, and the systems used to operate the product. The stack is Expo/React Native, Supabase, RevenueCat, Vercel, AWS SES, Sentry, and EAS. Set has been built and shipped, but has not been commercially launched or marketed and currently has no users or revenue. I’m selling because my focus has shifted to another company I’m launching, rather than leaving a finished product dormant. This is best suited to a fitness entrepreneur, trainer or creator with an existing audience, fitness company, or operator who wants to acquire a finished product rather than spend months building one from scratch. I will provide transition assistance to help the buyer take over the product and infrastructure. I’m also open to continuing as a paid developer/technical consultant after the acquisition if desired.
