Roof Report Kit is a standalone Android app for organizing roofing job-site photographs into PDF reports. Offered as an app/source asset sale. FEATURES Property projects and roof-section photo organization; camera capture and photo import; captions, annotation and cropping; guided inspection templates; before/after photo pairs; PDF reports, evidence archives, portable project export and backup. Local storage with no required user account or seller-operated backend. INCLUDED Kotlin source, Jetpack Compose interface, tests, database schemas, build configuration, app resources, unsigned release APK and Android App Bundle, and setup notes. No company, domain, existing developer account, store listing or customer base is included. CURRENT STATE Pre-launch under this app identity. Release build passed. 180 tests passed in each of the debug and release configurations. Three Android 14 screen-capture tests passed with fictional sample data. This is not complete device or billing certification. BUYER SETUP Buyer supplies their own signing key, publisher contact and privacy-policy page, store account and product configuration. The one-time purchase integration still requires real purchase, restore and refund testing. The working app name has not been trademark-cleared. Third-party licenses remain in effect. No revenue, customers, public store approval or investment return is claimed. Screenshots show actual app screens using synthetic sample data. Source files remain private during initial inquiries. Asset rights, exclusivity, payment, handoff and any support scope must be agreed before closing.
