Automated Health & Wellness Alerts: 20-20-20 Eye-Rest Reminders: Triggers custom pop-up notifications every 20 minutes to encourage users to look away and rest their eyes. Hourly Break Warnings: Prompts users to stand up and take a physical break after every continuous hour of work. Smart Idle Detection: Automatically pauses screen-time accumulation after 3 minutes of inactivity (configurable via IDLETHRESHOLD) and visually grays out the UI display.
