Next step: <p><strong>1 — Settle the unit economics first.</strong> Cost per generation is logged already. Switching the refinement step to a cheaper model, caching Google Places results per venue, and tightening the web-search budget should cut the cost per plan substantially. This single number decides whether €9.90/month, pay-per-plan, or a higher price is the right model.</p><p><strong>2 — Test the paywall position.</strong> Free-plan behaviour is a single constant in the codebase (<code>FREE_PLAN_LIMIT</code>): zero, one, or a Stripe trial are one-line changes. The current setting is subscription-only, which has never been A/B tested against a free first plan.</p><p><strong>3 — Turn shared plans into SEO.</strong> The app already renders public, shareable plan pages. Generating indexed city guides from the same agent ("A weekend in Lisbon on €40") is a small change that opens a compounding organic channel for a travel-intent audience — the highest-value keywords in this space.</p><p><strong>4 — Narrow the focus.</strong> It currently covers 45 countries. Picking one city and one audience (students, couples, tourists) would make both the content and the marketing far sharper.</p><p><strong>5 — Short-form video is a natural fit.</strong> Every generated plan is ready-made carousel content: verified venues, prices, best time to go. The output is the marketing material.</p><p><strong>6 — B2B is unexplored.</strong> Hotels, tourist offices, relocation and coworking operators all need a concierge answer to "what should I do tonight?". The same agent behind a white-label widget is a different, higher-margin business.</p><p><br></p>
For sale
Asking price: $2,900 USD
What's included
Domain name, Source code, All related design work, Email account
Full Git history · database schema and migration scripts · ops scripts (usage statistics, account deletion with Stripe-cancellation safeguard) · Vercel project configuration and a one-command deploy script · brand assets (logo, favicons, Open Graph images) · 2 hours of live handover over video call. Not included, deliberately: the user database. Existing accounts are deleted before transfer so no personal data changes hands — cleaner for both sides under GDPR. The Stripe account is not transferable; the buyer connects their own (the integration is configuration-only, nothing to rewrite).
Reason for selling
Lack of time. The product is built and deployed, but it needs sustained acquisition work to find its audience, and I can't commit to that right now. I'd rather hand it to someone who can, than let it sit idle. No disputes, no debts, no ongoing commitments.
