About ODIN
Operational analytics platform with dashboards, KPIs, data imports, and AI.
ODIN — Operational Command CenterOverview ODIN is a management support platform designed to transform operational data into clear, visual, and actionable information. The platform centralizes indicators, data sources, and dashboards in a single environment, allowing managers to monitor results, identify deviations, recognize trends, and focus their attention on what truly requires action. Its initial focus is on service and performance indicators such as SLA, CSAT, and NPS, while its architecture is designed to support financial, commercial, operational, and people management areas in the future. Spend less time searching for data. Spend more time making decisions. Objective ODIN aims to answer questions such as: What requires attention right now? Which indicators are outside their targets? Has performance improved or declined? Where is there a risk of missing an SLA? Which data should be investigated first? How is the operation evolving over time? The platform’s main workflow is: Operational Data → Import and Validation → Indicators → Dashboards and Analysis → Management Decision ODIN Ecosystem Hugin — Operational Visibility Hugin is responsible for visualizing and monitoring the operation. Through Hugin, users can import data, create indicators, monitor results, and organize customized dashboards. Its main capabilities include: CSV and XLSX file imports; automatic file structure recognition; column mapping for calculations; custom indicator creation; reusable indicators; cards, gauges, and chart visualizations; dashboards organized into tabs; drag-and-drop component positioning; dashboard visual customization; data source management. Munin — Memory and Analysis Munin will be responsible for historical analysis and result interpretation. Its evolution will enable the platform to: identify trends; establish relationships between indicators; recognize risks and deviations; compare different periods; highlight critical situations; recommend areas that require investigation. While Hugin presents the operation’s current state, Munin will help explain how it reached that point. Ratatoskr — Intelligent Assistant Ratatoskr is the artificial intelligence assistant integrated into ODIN. It provides answers according to the access level determined by the API: LevelAvailable KnowledgePublicGeneral and institutional information about ODINFreeGuidance regarding features available in the Free planPremiumComplete functional guidance, including custom featuresASGARDFunctional knowledge and read-only access to authorized repository contentThe artificial intelligence integration runs exclusively through the backend. Credentials, authorization rules, and internal sources are never exposed to the browser. Ratatoskr is not authorized to modify source code, databases, configurations, commits, or Pull Requests. Floki — Automation and Delivery Floki represents the automation processes responsible for protecting and organizing ODIN’s development lifecycle. Its responsibilities include: Pull Request validation; lint and build execution; version management; internal Release generation; Service Pack creation; application version synchronization; deployment process support. Plans and Permissions Free The default plan automatically assigned to new users. It allows users to: import data; use standard indicators; create personal dashboards; access the platform’s basic features. Premium Designed for users who need greater customization and collaboration capabilities. In addition to the Free plan features, it allows users to: create custom indicators; create companies or groups; manage organizational resources; invite other users; share indicators and dashboards. ASGARD An internal access level intended for the team responsible for administering and developing ODIN. It provides access to platform features and authorized internal technical knowledge, including documentation, architecture, and read-only repository queries. All effective permissions are validated by the backend. Hiding a feature in the frontend is not considered sufficient access control. Currently Available Features The current version of ODIN already includes: a responsive landing page; user registration and authentication; login, logout, and persistent sessions; automatic Free plan assignment; plan-based feature control; CSV and XLSX file imports; a guided indicator creation process; count, sum, average, and percentage calculations; filters, targets, and restrictions; persistent custom indicators; numeric card and gauge visualizations; dashboard creation and editing; dashboards organized into tabs; drag-and-drop component positioning; component overlap prevention; persistent dashboard layouts; background color customization; real data source listings; the first functional version of Ratatoskr; a cloud-hosted environment. Technical Architecture ODIN uses an architecture divided into a web application, API, and database. Frontend Responsible for the user experience, navigatio...
